Children’s University is a unique educational and care center for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. We offer after school, after work, parents' night out, and overnight care that centers around the child’s needs and provides much needed convenience for working parents who work 2nd and 3rd shift jobs.
We also offer programming for parents such as Teens2Moms, helping at-risk teens develop parenting skills; The Moore Camp-- provides services for the whole family such as transportation, stem education, civic programs for pre-teens and young adults and mentoring. We also partner with Young Ladies of Power to offer a year round learning camps for girls ages 4 to 18.
Tomekia Moore founded The Moore Camp and Children’s university. She holds an Asscociate’s Degree in technology, A BA in Business Administration, a Masters in Education and Pro Solutions Certification for Childcare. She is certified in special education and has taught children of all ages from infants to young adults. She served at Orange Grove working with intellectually disabled youth and adults as a DSP case worker and house manager.
